It’s a real book!

June 28, 2011

Look what the UPS man just delivered!

My sons were as excited as I was. “Where are they going to sell it, Mommy?”

“In the bookstore.”

“In the bookstore? Wowee!”

The cutest fan club ever.

My copy arrived too, and even though I have five gabillion things to do by tomorrow morning, I keep reading “just a few more pages.”

    Yeah Deborah,
I have been so busy with the boys I haven’t a chance to keep up with you guys, but great job!!!!! The boys are getting so big and ever so handsome. My boys got an ice cream from the ice cream man today, so life will never be the same over here. I’ll send you pics soon.

You’re right about your life never being the same, Ramona. From now on, when those lilting notes from that white truck plastered with pictures of popsicles drift through your window, those boys of yours will drop everything and race to the door—stopping just long enough to beg you for change of course. Ah, the ice cream man.

Most useful YA writing book ever. Already ordered another copy as a gift.

I’m already reformatting content into index cards and checklists.

Wow, Jude, it’s great to hear that you’re finding the book so useful. I sure worked hard to make it so! Thanks for taking the time to share this.
