The BBC contract out most of the work related to the licence fee to Capita; both call-centres and the door-to-door salesmen (aka the "Enforcement Division") are run by Capita on their behalf. They did the same to me too when i lived in Beccles they just couldnt believe that i would not have a TV!!!!!!! I mean how could anybody not have a TV right?! Silly people!
